This tour was amazing! Our tour guide Sharon explained things clearly and was easy to approach for questions. My sister and I were doing business due to a layover and booked this tour. I was a little skeptical since there were other tour groups to choose from. I didn't have much time to properly research but luckily all turned out well! Also the team was easy to contact and they were quick with replies. I highly recommend this tour!

While traveling to China you must visit Hangzhou (40-minute train ride away from Shanghai). It is an amazing city full of parks and culture, the lake is breathtaking. We were picked-up by David at the train station (he contacted us beforehand to explain the logistics). He was very knowledgeable about Hangzhou, China history, Chinese culture and had very interesting conversations about daily life and modern China. David tailored the tour a bit to our interests, so we visited a beautiful park visited by locals that was amazing. The visit to the tea-plantations and conversation we had with David were a true highlights of the tour. He also showed us how to take the train and where locals go shopping. This tour is highly recommended!

We booked this tour with Sam and we did not regret. It is one of our best experience ever!!! I would especially recommend the private Rowing Boat Cruise and the VIP seats of the Impression westlake show to everyone.

Hangzhou is a beautiful town, but it remains hard to grasp for foreigners (especially westerners I guess). Taking a private tour package really makes a difference.

Our guide, Bonny, was a very knowledgeable and pleasant person. Thanks to her, we could discover magnificent places around the lake (like Fei Lai Feng), take a boat tour, visit the tea plantations, get some lunch at the farmers' house, discover Wuzhen, etc.These are wonderful memories.

She also brought us to high quality places (with correct prices) to buy silk and green tea.

The tour fee includes a car and a driver, which is very handy.

Big accolades to Bonnie and her vibrant and enthusiastic personality! She was our tour guide for the dragon well tea village and lake tour, nobody could have done better! We had such a blast and really enjoyed spending the day together. Everything was very well organized and never rushed. She has pristine knowledge of her home city and its history. Most of all, it was like spending the day with a good friend you hadn't seen in ages! She is such a great personality I highly recommend getting a tour with her if you are social and fun!
