My family and I have visited China twice, we booked the tour with few travel agencies and had a number of tour guides. Some were great and others were just okay. His English was as if he had been speaking it his whole life. He captured and kept our attention throughout the whole day (a hard task to accomplish with a large range of ages from preteens, teens, and adults). He made us feel special and important.
