I had limited time but an affection for comfort and to travel free of stress. China Private Tour made it true, hotels, meals, programs were just for may taste of high standard. I have nothing but great things to say about our trip to Hangzhou. The reservation process was painless, they answered any and all questions thoroughly and promptly. The hotel was beautiful; the staff there was also extremely helpful. Things went smoothly and our guide Sharon was amazing! She made the trip even better than I could have expected. Her English was perfect, she told her own personal stories which added a nice touch, let us see a side of China we would not be able to see otherwise. I have no hesitation in recommending China Private Tour to anyone who wishes to organize a trip to this huge country. The hotels were superb. The rooms were spacious and very well equipped - we even went swimming in the hotel pool in Beijing! The meals that were organized as part of the package were all excellent in quality and quantity and we particularly appreciated being able to visit and eat in a local home. There were so many wonderful experiences on our tour that it is difficult to pinpoint the main highlights. However, being able to walk on the Great Wall and the visit to see the Terracotta Warriors were both unforgettable and magical experiences for us. Thank you so much!

I booked our hangzhou tours with Hangzhou Private Tour at the last minute. I emailed on a Sunday and they responded very quickly and we booked for the Tuesday morning. Our guide Tommy arrived on time with a very comfortable vehicle with drinks and snacks. We were taken to all the places that we wanted and several that he guessed we would like (and he was not wrong), West Lake, Leifeng Pagoda, Lingyin Temple, the Lin Biao Bunker, and the tea plantation. We stopped at an awesome restaurant for lunch: at which Tommy pick the various plates and again we were not disappointed. Tommy is a very knowledgable guide, good humoured and fantastic with kids. He knows Hangzhou well and can make quick choices that are to his clients liking. We were very impressed with his service we booked him for a second day. This time the itinery was based around our personal interests alibaba.com, hangzhou second highschool, Former Residence of Hu Xueyan, beautiful gardens with chinese opera. He bartered for us and got us great deals. Lunch on this day was near the tea plantations near west lake again his choices where great.
