I'm writing to express our special thanks to our guide Sharon in Hangzhou. The trip was very well organised and Sharon looked after our needs so we'll. She was a joy to be with and we had so much fun with her. It was like touring Hangzhou with friend. She planned the trip with us and her organisation of transport tickets and tourist spot visits was very well handled. The bullet train ride from Shanghai to Hangzhou,visit to tea plantation, lunch at the plantation, visit to Lingying Temple and the boat trip on West Lake were amazing. Thank you Sharon from all my group for taking such good care of us and teaching us so much about this city.

Everything during the booking process worked perfect and fine, absolutely no reason for a complaint. The round way train tickets from Shanghai to hangzhou and back were arranged promptly by Hangzhou Private Tour. Nancy was our guide for the day - she promptly picked us up from the train station and had a comfortable car with great A/C the whole day with us. Driver was friendly too! She had maximum flexibility to what we liked and gave us many options of eating first or going to sites first. She is very knowledgeable in history and culture and its not just about the attractions but she was also able to relate to modern day culture and how we drew inspiration from these amazing historical sites. The best part is that she is really friendly and full of energy - we felt that we were going out with a long time friend that we havent' see in a while! I strongly reccomend anyone who is looking to discover the local side of Hangzhou (p.s. she has really good taste in food too!)

Hangzhou Private Tour provides an outstanding service for the cost. They were not only very good at working with us to develop a personalized itinerary, but were also extremely professional and flexible in making significant changes on the tour. I was worried whether this would be like all the other tours I had where the tour guide would talk at us for the whole day and drag us to touristy sites with expensive souvenirs. Yet Hangzhou Private Tour Company has completely changed my view, and for that reason I have decided to write my first ever review.

When on tour, our tour guide Bonnie was always very observant and patient and made sure we had a rest when my dad would get tired or would only point out the crucial and important highlights when she saw that our attention was drifting. I was very impressed by her caring nature and her constant positive energy which made her passion as a tour guide shine through and made our trip even more enjoyable. Boonie is outgoing, welcoming, courteous, engaging, quite knowlegeable and very patient. I was very impressed by her English skills; how hard it is to learn another language so well. And her knowledge of hangzhou was very good, and helpful.

We had a wonderful trip and thanks for the exceptional service at all times from start to finish. We will definitely visit Hangzhou again and it would be our great pleasure to use the service of Hangzhou Private Tour during our visit.

It was a great hangzhou tour experience with tour guide David. It was only a short day trip, but really unforgettable. The West Lake is just as beautiful as it has be introduced by my chinese friends before my arrival. I love the trees and flowers over the lake and in parks around there. It is just peaceful and beautifull. Our tour guide David did a good job with providing cultural and historical information, in my opinion. He gave us proactive briefings both on the van and during the visits of each site as well as answering our questions. Through his briefings, I learned many things about the history of Hangzhou and China that I didn't know before. He took me to the boat tour on the lake, which is a unique experience for me to explore the beauty of nature.
Hangzhou is a historical city. Although I dont have no much knowledge on the city history. But I could see from its old houses and streets.
I love the city and hope to come back again soon.

It was a great one day tour in Hangzhou with my tour guide David. I booked the one day tour Hangzhou on Hangzhou Private Tour website, Sam/Bonnie were very fast to get me the reply and answered all my questions. They offered me a very reasonable price even it was a last minute booking.The next day David and the driver picked me up at Hangzhou Xiaoshan international airport on time in the morning,then drove me directly to the west lake scenic area as we planned.We took a boat cruise on the beautiful west lake and visited the No.1 biggest,oldest Buddhism temple-Linying temple,also we went to the tea plantation and tried couple of tea,which was great tea as I expected,No.1 longhorn green tea in China. The lunch at a local farmer's house recommended by David was FANTASTIC! At last, David drove me to a local wet market as I asked before getting on the free way to the airport back to Hongkong.I was so happy to see the local shopping at the wet market,personally,I'd like see part of the daily life of local people doing wherever I visit. I'm so happy about the trip,thanks Hangzhou Private Tour and David.I will definitely share my visiting story with my friends. Thanks again and wish you all the best.

We had a great time in hangzhou ! Our tour guide Jason treated us like close friends, showed us around enthusiastically and responded to endless questions with patience. We were really enjoyed the Guo's garden to see how the locals enjoy their life in Hangzhou and the dragon well tea plantation and the tea village. Our was well organized as Nancy our guide was friendly and informative. We were in Shanghai and Hangzhou for 3 nights in total.
She guided our large group carefully to the sites and provided advice where necessary.

Hangzhou Private Tour was the most efficient travel company that I contacted before our trip from Australia to China.
His summation of our expectations and costing was done promptly without any trouble. We were met at our hotel daily by an extremely polite fluently English speaking guide David. Three full days were organised the first day, Lingyin Temple, Dragon Well Tea Plantation and Chenghuang Pavilion. The next day Grand canal,a couple of beautiful gardens and the China national tea museum. We followed that the next day with a relaxing day on the canals at Wuzhen. On the fourth day Tylor put us un the fast train to Shanghai. A faultless performance in organisation skills by Hangzhou Private Tours.
