Pick up from downtown hotel in Hangzhou in early morning and drive to the Hangzhou Train Station for your train to Huangshan.
On your arrival in Huangshan City, our local huangshan tour guide will pick you up at the Huangshan North Railway Station and escort you to the hotel in Tunxi for checking in. Then we will drive about 1 hour to visit the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site - Hongcun.
Hongcun is a wonderful place to visit, originated during Song Dynasty (960-1276), is praised as the most beautiful village in China.It is famous as the ancient village in the Chinese painting. Quite different from other traditional ancient villages in China, the layout,landscape, architectural form, decoration, and construction techniques all retain the original features Hongcun.

Moon Pond
the crescent-like pond surrounded by several grand dwellings, reflection of the building in the water, like a painting. Therefor the Hongcun Village also known as "Chinese Village in Picture"
Sounth of lake
The village is peculiarly arranged in the shape of an ox: Leigang Hill is the head, and two towering old trees standing make the horns of the ox. Four bridges across the stream are the legs, while the houses of the village form the body. Inside this "body", the winding stream from the dam represents the intestines, Moon Pond is the stomach, and South Lake (Nanhu) is the belly.
After one hour visit in Hongcun Village, drive you to visit Tunxi Ancient Street, at the foot of Mt. Huangshan, at the bend of Xin'an River, lies the beautiful mountain town called "Tunxi ". which is dubbed as the flowing Qingming Scroll (also Along the River during the Qingming Festival), one of the tops ten Chinese traditional paintings. Similar to the Qingming Scroll which presents the lively local life, here in Tunxi Ancient Street, colorful bazaars of local features are displayed in front of your eyes. It is also listed as one of China's Top Ten Historical and Cultural Streets.
In this street, shoppers will enjoy the oldest stores in Huangshan City, some of which have been doing business for centuries.
Drive back to your hotel in Tunxi downtown.
After breakfast, drive you to the Huangshan Scenic Area transfer center, where you can riding to the Yungu cable station. You can take Yungu cable car at your own expense: CNY 80/pp.
Upon arrival, the following activities and attractions you will visit: The White Goose Peak, the Beginning-to-Believe Peak , Black Tiger pine, etc.
Enjoy lunch on top of the mountain. (at your own expense)
After lunch Visit: The Cloud-dispelling Pavilion,The Flying-over Rock, The Bright Summit, Xihai Grand Canyon.
Stay overnight at the hotel you've arranged located on the top of Mt. Huangshan (at your own expense).
Whether you are lucky to see the sunrise with your guide will be decided by the weather.
Then Visit: The Lion Peak, A monkey gaping at the sea, The flower grown out of a writing brush rock, etc.
After lunch start to descend the mountain by foot or you can take Yungu cable car at your own expense: CNY 80/pp
Then walk along the wood path to the cable station to take a cable car to exit the mountain. Your driver is ready at the mountain foot to transfer you back to Huangshan City for lunch. After lunch, drive you back to Huangshan North Train Station for your train back to Hangzhou and your tour ends.
