Michael and I have just returned from an unforgettable five-day adventure across Hangzhou, Wuzhen, and Suzhou, and we’re absolutely thrilled with how everything turned out!

We kicked off our trip in Hangzhou with a relaxing West Lake Boat Cruise. Floating on the serene waters of West Lake, surrounded by picturesque landscapes and gentle breezes, set the perfect tone for our adventure. The calmness of the lake and the beauty of the scenery made it a truly memorable experience. We also enjoyed visiting Viewing Fish at the Flower Pond. The peaceful atmosphere and stunning views were just what we needed to unwind.

One of our favorite moments in Hangzhou was exploring Meijiawu Tea Plantation. Sampling the famous Longjing tea was a highlight—we loved learning about the traditional tea-making process and seeing the lush tea fields up close. The whole experience felt immersive and educational, making it one of the best parts of our trip.

In Wuzhen, we had a fantastic time at the Sanbai Wine Workshop. It was fascinating to see the traditional methods used to brew local wine. The craftsmanship and history behind the process were truly impressive. Walking through the charming old town of Wuzhen, with its ancient architecture and winding canals, was like stepping back in time.

Our final stop was Suzhou, and the city’s gardens were absolutely breathtaking. We were captivated by the Suzhou Garden Museum, which gave us a deeper appreciation for the artistry and history behind the city’s famed gardens. Visiting the Lion Grove Garden and Master of the Nets Garden was an absolute delight. Each garden was a masterpiece of design and tranquility, showcasing the elegance of traditional Chinese landscaping.

The blend of cultural exploration, scenic beauty, and rich experiences made it truly special. We returned home with wonderful memories, a deeper appreciation for Chinese culture, and plenty of beautiful photos to cherish. Thank you for making this adventure so unforgettable!
