Appointment Information for Full-price Tickets

1. Visitors with green health codes can enter the park with their valid second-generation ID cards after making an appointment;

2. It is valid only on the day of the trip and limited to one entry and one exit only in all ticket gates;

3. Refund rules: If not used, please apply for a refund within seven days from the date of purchase.

Appointment Information for Half-price Tickets

1. After making an appointment, use your valid ID to go to the nearest ticket office to exchange tickets and enter the park;

2. Who can have half-price tickets:

? Minors aged from 6 years old (excluding 6 years old) to 18 years old (including 18 years old)

? Minors with a height from 1.2 meters (excluding 1.2 meters) to 1.5 meters (including 1.5 meters)

? Full-time university undergraduate students and below

? People aged from 60 to 70 year old

3. It is valid only on the day of the trip and limited to one entry and exit in all ticket gates;

4. Refund rules: If not used, please apply for a refund within seven days from the date of purchase;

5. When having the ticket checked, please take the initiative to show your valid ID.

Appointment Information for Hangzhou Park Card Users

1. After booking successfully, only the valid second-generation ID card can be used to enter the park;

2. The appointment is only valid on the day of the trip, and is limited to one entry and exit in all ticket gates;

3. Please be aware that currently, the gate machine doesn’t support citizen cards, park cards and other documents for ticket checking. Thank you for your understanding.

Other free tickets

1. After making an appointment, use your valid ID to go to the nearest ticket office to exchange tickets and enter the park;

2. Who can have free tickets:

? Medical staff with valid certificates.

? People over 70 years old.

? Children under 6 years old (including 6 years old).

? Children under 1.2 meters in height (including 1.2 meters).

? How to enter the park

1. Visitors who have booked a full-price ticket or hold a valid park IC card can enter the park with a second-generation ID card at the park ticket gate.

2. Visitors who have booked a half-price ticket or other free tickets should use the booking information and their valid certificates to exchange tickets at the nearest ticket office to enter the park.

Tips: The scenic area implements a real-name appointment system, and every visitor is required to bring their valid second-generation ID cards with them.

Xixi National Wetland Park continues to fully implement the online reservation system, accepting visitors no more than 30 percent of its maximum carrying capacity every day. Reservations can be made within three days and there should be no more than five people for a single reservation, and each ID card can make one appointment a day.
