Recently, the China Restaurant Association updated its Catering Industry Yearly Report and according to its 2015 figures the catering income of the whole of China reached 3231 billion which is 11.7% higher compared to the previous year. This is the first time that China’s catering income has reached the 3000 billion mark and it is estimated that in 2016 the catering income will exceed 3500 billion. Kuiyuan Restaurant
Kuiyuan Noodle Restaurant was established in 1867 and is a very famous time-honored brand in Hangzhou. There is a famous saying that your trip to Hangzhou isn’t complete without dining in Kuiyuan Noodle Restaurant.

Lou Wai Lou Restaurant Hangzhou
Lou Wai Lou was established in the Qing Dynasty and with a history of over 100 years it has become very famous. It is famous for its dishes and abundant culture and well-known historical figures like Sun Yat-Sen, Song Qingling, Luxun, Zhu Kezhen, Ma Yanchu and Qian Xuesen have all frequented Lou Wai Lou.
