Your lunch is arranged at local restaurant with tasting local cuisine. Such as Liangpi, it is made from rice, this cold noodle dish is a summer favourite through Shaanxi province as well as other places around China. These rice noodles are covered with vinegar, chili, salt, garlic, bean sprouts and small lumps of tofu.Roujiamo, this is the Chinese hamburger. Basically it’s a small oven baked bread bun that is sliced open and filled with slowly braised shredded pork and small pieces of fat. I personally prefer to ask for the ‘Chun Shou Rou Jia Mo’ which is the same thing only this time they use lean meat and it’ll probably only cost you about one or two yuan more. Clearly this is one dish you can’t buy at Muslim street. It will be a Sample but typical and local.

Continue your tour to Bell Tower, which located in south east of the Drum Tower. In Chinese history from Ming Dynasty, each city had a bell tower and a drum tower. The bell was sounded at dawn and the drum at dusk each day in ancient time, a means of telling time. Xian was not exception. The Bell Tower and Drum Tower of Xi'an date back to the Ming dynasty (1368-1644). The two are located in the center of the Xian city connecting the four roads from east, south, west and north within the city wall. Atop the Bell Tower you will have a panoramic view of the Xian City. A number of highlighted cultural relics are exhibited in Xi'an Bell Tower, including a huge bell, inscribed steles and couplets hung on the column, all of which are of high historical and cultural values. Between the Drum Tower and the Bell Tower, there is a square with grass, dotted with greenbelt beautiful acouto-optic fountain, which is a good place for leisure and entertainment for citizens.

Today, you will have a lunch at Xian Fanzhuang. This time-honored restaurant should be your ideal choice to enjoy authentic Shaanxi food. Not only for Xi'an cuisine but also serve some typical local snacks.

The last stop is Muslim Quarter. The Muslim Quarter is the largest of the old city's neighborhoods. It's a confusing array of narrow alleys that are wonderful to wander in, get lost, and stumble upon surprising discoveries. Muslim Quarter houses a large number of important Christian institutions. The Muslim quarter begins at the northern city wall, goes south to the northern and western walls of the Temple Mount, to Hashalshelet Street, where the Jewish Quarter begins. To the West, it runs to Beit Chabad Street, which runs between it and the Christian Quarter.

Ancient_Beijing_Xian_Exploration_Tour_24.jpgAncient_Beijing_Xian_Exploration_Tour_23.jpg

This only 500-meter-long cobbled street was renovated in Tang Dynasty architecture style and on both sides is full of snack or souvenir stalls with bright-colored signs. The eye-dizzying snack variety can give a great workout to your eyes, taste buds and stomach: delicately-wrinkled juicy steamed dumplings, yummy lamb sandwiches, sleek grilled mutton, crumbs in mutton broth, stuffed persimmon cakes, dried fruit and nuts, etc.

After that, drive you back to your designal destination. Our service ends.

Highly recommended China Priate Tour agent. We had joined the group in Sep. for 7 days trip (Beijing- Xian- Shanghai) with family and friends. The hotels selected were high end hotels (4*/5*) with continental and Chinese breakfast, rooms and ambiance were perfect. Guides were knowledgeable. They would even help us with recommendations to buy souvenirs, how to bargain, and food to try. Lunch and dinner mentioned in the itinerary were high end restaurants selected with wide spread of authentic food. All in all, we loved the trip and special thanks to you for making our visit a memorable one.

Thanks to China Private Tour for the professional service extended.

I have no hesitation in recommending China Private Tour to anyone who wishes to organize a trip to this huge country. The hotels were superb. The rooms were spacious and very well equipped - we even went swimming in the hotel pool in Beijing! The meals that were organized as part of the package were all excellent in quality and quantity and we particularly appreciated being able to visit and eat in a local home. There were so many wonderful experiences on our tour that it is difficult to pinpoint the main highlights. However, being able to walk on the Great Wall and the visit to see the Terracotta Warriors were both unforgettable and magical experiences for us. Thank you so much!

Enjoyed most of the tour with China Private Tour. The itinerary was outstanding, more fun than expected and we were able to see sites that we had never anticipated in our life time. Beijing with Sunny was an excellent start to the tour. We were so excited to visited the Mutianyu Great Wall which is less busy and more wild. I felt safe and comfortable with Sunny in Beijing. Xian was also very good. Susan also has good english speaking skills, so we were able to comfortably understand what was being said to us. The hotel in Xian was very very good. The breakfast there was the best out if the entire tour. Nancy in Shanghai was unbelievably welcoming, knowledgeable, personable and efficient - a real credit to your company.

I also want to thank Sharon and Bonnie for returning all my emails and answering all my question in anticipation of this trip. We will definitely contact China Private Tour in the future for another vacation. We have provided your company's name to many people already. Thanks Sam and Bonnie for organizing an amazing China trip for my husband and I in January/February 2019. We had private guides and drivers throughout our trip to China. During our holiday, we also had 2 scheduled high speed train ride with first class seating between the various locations we visited and we were delivered and picked up on time in every place.

The itinerary was excellent and well planned to ensure we saw the highlights of this area. Sam and Bonnie worked very hard to include any ideas of sites we wanted to see and their email response time was exceptional.

We especially love the hotels that they booked in advance. They were either gorgeous or conveniently located or both.

My tour guide I had in Xian David was very nice, knowledgable, and spoke English well. The dumpling dinner was great and I enjoyed the lunches I had. Our tour guide in Beijing was absolutely super! (She said her name was Lee/Li - I dont know the spelling) She was obviously experienced, mature, and very professional. Nothing was ever said to encourage us to buy anything, and she was great about getting us places before the biggest crowds hit. She was always very courteous and upbeat, and her English was fantastic.I would recommend her very highly to anyone. I liked her a great deal as a person and respected her professionalism and know-how. The Peking duck dinner was great.

All in all, muchly appreciate that level of professionalism.I couldn't have imagined myself planning every little things for such a long trip. All the tiny little stuffs would get in the way of you enjoying your trip and your yime with loved ones. We are so thankful for China private tours and will defintely recommend you guys to our friends around the world."
