Xiangshan Campus, China Academy of Art
China Academy of Art may not be the most beautiful campus in China, but it is the most distinctive. The buildings of the first phase have a row of windows of Huizhou style and a special patterned courtyard which is filled with bamboo and fences made of moso bamboo. Compared to the first phase, the buildings of the second phase are characterized with an industrial style. Despite the lack of decorations and the simple concrete walls, the whole building gives a feeling of indifference.

White Pagoda Park
There are many old trains in Hangzhou, for example, the black train in Xiangshan Campus, China Academy of Art, which has been developed into an elegant coffee shop, but it is the long green train in White Pagoda Park that provides the camera lens with a number of charming shots.

Nine Creeks and Eighteen Gullies
Hangzhou is well-renowned for the Qiantang River in the South and the Nine Creeks and Eighteen Gullies in the North. Mantou Mountain Community
To sample the full taste of life, then don’t miss the Mantou Mountain Community, where most of the houses, built in the 1950s or 1960s, are formed of black bricks and white tiles. Here, most things are made of wood and bamboo, such as the bamboo chair, old sofas and so on. Sometimes, you will encounter several aged local people sitting along the lanes to chat.
