How to reservation a Hangzhou Tour?

Make a reservation for your Hangzhou Trip.
When making a reservation for your selected transfers, Hangzhou night shows, Hangzhou Tour guide service, or Hangzhou tour package, please clik the "Inquiry" and submit us the details like date, how many people(Adult, child)... Your tour request will be replied with details by our experienced travel consultants within one working day. If you enquire a tailor-made tour package, our consultant will send you the designed itinerary with price within one or two working days.

Confirmation:
After you confirm with your reservation and way of payment, you will receive a formal confirmation email from hangzhouprivatetour.com

Deposit:
10-30% of total cost as the deposit is required at the time of confirmation of the reservation. Details you will find in your conformation email.

For some tours with small amount of money without any requirement of deposit, you can pay the tour fee in cash upon arrival to our tour guide. For the balance of your tour payment, you can also choose to pay in case upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be done through fax, mail, Phone calls /verbal. The cancellation must be made at least two days before departure.

Tour price

The price on on our website is "FROM" which means more people cheaper price. All the tour prices are quoted in RMB. We keep the rights to revise the price time to time. But once your reservation is confirmed, the price can not be changed.
